The temple consist of two identical temples standing on top of three stepped terraces. These twin temples from 9th century AD did not have grabhagrehas (main chamber), while other temples of the period has one to enshrine image of the deity. Goddess Sri and Laksmi were found at the images, this determines that the temples were dedicated to Vishnu, as both goddess are his spouses who have roles as a goddess of wealth and prosperity.
