Safe & Healthy Yoga at Prambanan Temple

Yoga lovers from various cities visited Prambanan Temple Park to take part “Safe & Healthy Yoga” on Sunday (29/10/17). This event was held in cooperation Safe Care with PT. TWC Borobudur, Prambanan & Ratu Boko. This event started in the morning with a Yoga Workshop themed “Harmonization of Energy”. Hundreds of people attended this workshop with the spirit to studying and practicing Yoga techniques with International Yoga Master. In the afternoon held “Yoga Sunset” guided by Master Yoga Anjasmara who is famous as Indonesian film actor.

The Yoga venue is Garuda Garden at Prambanan Temple, participants can enjoy the sunset and the atmosphere of Prambanan Temple in the evening. “Yoga for me is an activity to make the body become healthier, stronger and happier life”, said Anjasmara. In addition, Anjas give tips for beginners who do yoga “The main purpose practice yoga, feel the sensation in the body and mind, feel the pull and breath, for the first-timer yoga do not force a certain pose due to danger, the body is not getting used to it”. “People see that Yoga really overcomes stress, to a better quality of life, people who have problems with body health such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, has also can be treated by doing Yoga Meditation “, added Anjasmara.

Meanwhile, Senior Marketing Events Manager of Safe Care Product, Sri Wahyuni stated that the event of Safe and Healthy Yoga 2017 at Prambanan Temple is intended to educate People to practice Yoga meditation to be more happy and healthy life, the event is also promoting Prambanan Temple as a venue for Yoga with a beautiful atmosphere.
